We have been staying at Bolton Tarn twice a year for the last five years.In our opinion it can't be beaten, chalet and facilities are excellent!It's just like home from home!! Better actually, because at home we don't get all the wildlife that comes with Boltons:-ie Badgers,deer,squirrals and all types of birdlife. Nightly Badger visits, posing almost for the cameraJai & Mcnab ( our two Akitas ) enjoy the many walks and relaxing BBQ's we have.Looking forward to our next visit in October, whatever the weather!

Thank you for the use of Bolton's Tarn. We had a very enjoyable week and the weather was very kind to us so that was a huge bonus. Our young dog Oscar, a Hungarian Vizsla, had the time of his life. It was nice to come back to your cosy and comfortable chalet at the end of each busy day and relax with a few beers and a bottle of wine. Very much home from home.The badger called on us making two visits of about twenty minutes each time.
